URBAN / TOWN PLANNER - LONDON - HYBRID - 3 MONTHS INITIALLY - £37.83 PER HOUR

ARM are working with a leading local authority in London and we are currently recruiting for an Urban Planner / Town Planner to join the team on a contract basis, based in the city, that will be providing planning oversight on large scale projects from a development management perspective.

About You:

· You will be an experienced Town Planner or Urban Planner.

· Your experience will include development management planning application.

· You will have demonstrable experience of large scale DM projects.

· Ideally you will have experience of town or urban planning within London, however this is not essential.

What you will be doing:

This position is a contract role, providing support to the Urban Planning Team within the Greater London Authority. Only large scale planning applications are dealt with by the team and this role will be focusing on the development management applications, but may see you supporting elsewhere on other schemes as needed.

This position is hybrid working with 2 to 3 days a week in the office (near London Bridge) and the rest from home. It is offered as a 3 month contract, but is expected to extend beyond this period.

What you can expect in return:

The rate for this position is £37.83 per hour (Umbrella) Inside IR35.
