Senior Talent Management Partner - Andover (Hybrid) - Permanent - £39,000 per annum

Advanced Resource Managers are looking for a Senior Talent Management Partner to join their client in the housing sector on a permanent, hybrid basis.
This role will require travel across different sites in Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, and Somerset, and will be responsible for the delivery of the Talent Management strategy.

Responsibilities
* Collaborate with key stakeholders on the delivery of Strategy Workforce Planning.
* Mapping of critical roles, and the development of robust succession planning strategies.
* Assisting on development and delivery of development programmes for high-performing talent.
* Development of pipelines, with the aim of attracting a diverse talent pool with a wide variety of skills and experience into the business.
* Work with the Talent Acquisition hub to design and deliver early careers strategy
* Build on success of Apprentice Programmes, and support Apprentice Partner to build leadership capacity, delivering a positive apprentice experience.
* Support wider talent retention strategy.

Requirements
* CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent
* Demonstrable experience within a previous Talent Partnering role where you have worked on the development and building of talent management strategies
* Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders and other business partners.
* Previous experience supporting with strategic workforce and succession planning.
* Experience with budget and financial management
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects at varying levels of completion.
