ARM are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious client who are looking to employ a Strategic Buyer to join them on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

* Negotiate deals and select high-performing suppliers that meet our cost, quality, delivery, management, and technology objectives.
* Create procurement strategies that will draw value.
* Work with the business units to deliver a high-performing supply chain.
* Work with Group business services to transact on our behalf.

Requirements:

* Experienced Strategic Buyer within a regulated industry experience.
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
* A proven track record of cost savings.
* Good planning / Project management skills.
* CIPS qualified.
* Business and commercial acumen.
