Senior Account Manager

The Senior Account Manager will have overall responsibility for the management of Optamor' s PRO and MSP solution with our customer.

You will create and drive opportunities to strengthen professional relationships with key stakeholders and the internal talent acquisition team.

Taking full accountability for the end-to-end service delivered to the client for UK and EMEA from vacancy to onboarding. You will demonstrate a strong focus on customer experience and ensuring the right talent is sourced. You will manager supply chain and process management, whilst promoting candidate and hiring manager experience. You will be responsible for developing the team of Resource Business Partners and resourcing experts to ensure they are always working with the latest sourcing techniques and providing a data-led business partnering approach.

In this role, you will be able to travel to your areas of the business and stakeholders.

As Our Senior Account Manager you'll…

  • Build, develop and maintain good relationships with all levels of stakeholder including the hiring community and the customer's talent acquisition team .
  • Utilise resource plans with the customer in line with their business development plans to drive team performance.
  • Seek and drive opportunities to enhance the Optamor recruitment services model.
  • Responsible for the delivery of a large portfolio of vacancies at varying job levels across a range of sectors, at different stages in the recruitment cycle.
  • Engage proactively with the PSL ensuring constructive communication and understanding at all times of the candidate journey, as well as ensuring adherence to our PSL partnership .
  • Produce monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts, and other management information reports as required.
  • Accountable for the delivery of the (SLA) criteria set between Optamor and our customer for your business units, ensuring a 'right first time' mentality to eliminate the risk of SLA 'fails'.

  1. Lead and Contribute effectively to the success of our Customer Team, collaborating on sharing ideas, leading by example and providing support.
  2. Ensure the effective use of all Optamor technology platforms - for example; Colleague.
  3. Create continuous improvement plans driven through data
  4. Manage and develop the team of business partners, resourcers and delivery coordinators to drive one team - with the focus on setting objectives to drive effective business partnering and right candidate for the job mentality. Develop strategies to attract talent with our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and Employer Branding (EB).
  5. Drive team effectiveness through personal development plans, goals, objectives and mentoring to ensure key strengths are utilised and nurtured.
  6. Become a subject matter to the customer, using your knowledge of different initiatives to bring value to the hiring process, drive inclusive hiring, advise of different attraction methods and present market trend analysis.
  7. Respond and by accountable for issue resolution and escalation management.
  8. Acting as the central point of contact for the customer (Talent Acquisition team).
  9. Ensure impartiality, diplomacy and discretion with the customer, and understand the sensitivities with confidential campaigns and the use of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
  10. Assist the Ops Director and other Optamor stakeholders with specific tasks as appropriate.
  11. Be an authority on workforce recruitment issues and or changes in legislation i.e. Equality Act, AWR, EAA, Pensions Legislation, Umbrella Companies etc. and how they will impact the customer.
