Senior Quantity Surveyor in London

Our client is a well-established construction consultancy that has been at the forefront of the industry for many years. They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the South East area to work on exciting projects in the power and utility sector.

Please note, that this opportunity has the flexibility to be either a contract or permanent role.

Main responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of projects from procurement to final account settlement.
• You will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost, risk, and procurement while ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
• You will liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is undertaken in line with the project specifications, quality requirements and, health and safety regulations.

Requirements for this role:

• Proven experience as a Senior level quantity surveyor
• Experience in the Power/Utility sector, on construction/infrastructure projects
