Senior Project Engineer – Track in Wimbledon, London

SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER - TRACK - SOUTHWEST LONDON - 9 MONTHS CONTRACT - £500 PER DAY (UMB)

Our company is collaborating with a reputable railway client that is currently seeking a Senior Project Engineer specialized in track discipline. The position is for a 9-month contract and is located in Southwest London.

About You:
* You will hold technical qualifications to at least HND level or equivalent.
* You will have knowledge of safety management and quality assurance.
* You will be required to have knowledge and experience in track renewal/ maintenance including the construction management process, systems, and standards.
* You MUST be able to work Night shifts and weekend shifts.
* You MUST hold a valid driver's license.
* You must be able to accommodate flexible working over a 6 day week pattern.

What you will be doing:
* Manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure timely completion of designs meeting engineering standards.
* You will be responsible for overseeing the design review and managing the entire process.
* You'll work with the Sponsor and Delivery teams to define the scope of work for maximum value.
* You will collaborate with the Development team to assess remits and plan for upcoming tasks in the work bank.

This role is located in Southwest London and will be office/site based. You MUST hold a valid driver's license.
You must be able to accommodate flexible working over a 6-day week pattern which will include days, Night shifts and weekend shifts.

This role is a 9 Month contract, which may extend.
The rate for this position is £500 Per Day (Umbrella) Inside IR35.
