Senior Principal Designer (CDM) in City of London, London

SENIOR PRINCIPAL DESIGNER (CDM) - LONDON - PERMANENT - £65,000 - £80,000

ARM are working with a leading architecture consultancy who specialise in construction and property and we are looking for a Senior Principal Designer (CDM) to join the team in London.

About You:
* You will have significant experience of working as a Principal Designer and will have good knowledge of CDM regulations.
* Your experience will also need to include a technical qualification within the construction business and we are looking for either an engineer or architect.
* You will also have experience on working on fee earning work and ideally have experience of winning business.

What you will be doing:
Your role will see you working on a range of design and build projects, as well as supporting the Head of CDM and mentoring more junior colleagues.

This position is office based and in Central London. It is a full-time position and will be working using the Hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.

What you can expect in return:
The salary range for this position is between £65,000 and £80,000 and will be dependent on experience. On top of this is a range of benefits includes generous annual leave, pension, training allowance and professional registration. There is also a company performance related bonus possible.
