Senior Principal Designer (CDM) in West End, London

SENIOR PRINCIPAL DESIGNER - LONDON - PERMANENT - £65,000 - £80,000

ARM are working with a leading consultancy who specialise in construction and property from a project management and commercial point of view and we are looking for a Senior Principal Designer to join the team in London.

· You will have significant experience of working as a Principal Designer and will have good knowledge of CDM regulations.

· Your experience will also need to include a technical qualification within the construction business and we are looking for either an engineer or architect.

· You will also have experience on working on fee earning work and ideally have experience of winning business.

This is a Senior Principal CDM Designer position working for a well established industry leading consultancy. This will involve working with teams operating within a range of industries and will be supporting on projects to a value of £500million.

This position is office based and in Central London. It is a full-time position.

The salary range for this position is between £65,000 and £80,000 and will be dependent on experience. On top of this is a range of benefits that includes a performance based bonus, 27 days annual leave, pension scheme and much more.
