Senior Planner in Leicester, Leicestershire

SENIOR TOWN PLANNER - LEICESTER - CONTRACT - UP TO £24.02 PER HOUR

Advanced Resource Managers are looking for a Senior Town Planner for a local council. The role is a contract based in Leicester.

About You:
* You will have experience in Development Management, including experience in dealing with major complex projects to achieve high quality outcomes.
* You will have experience of working at a senior level with the development industry to delivery high quality development projects.
* You will have relevant experience in delivering planning related advice and guidance.
* You will have a good level of development management skills to be able to advise others on an ongoing basis proactively influencing the design of the built environment to create high quality places.

What you will be doing:
You will be undertaking senior level planning work to deliver the functions of the local planning authority and associated services in accordance with the objectives of the planning service.

The role is based in Leicester.

The rate for this position is between £20 to £24.02 Per Hour (Inside IR35, Umbrella), based on experience and suitability.

For our client, we are required to undertake a DBS and reference checks prior to starting. We also can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position.
