ARM is proud to be supporting a household digital brand with the recruitment of a Senior Marketing Executive.

The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for delivering high-quality marketing activity that clearly and consistently reinforces brand purpose and contributes to the maintenance of strong brand KPIs.

Responsibilities
* Manage all things consumer insight, working with internal and external research partners to design and execute projects to help us gain a better understanding of our audiences and the wider category
* Carry out weekly and monthly reporting, becoming the go-to knowledge base for our consumer data
* Work closely with our media agency to implement and monitor campaign activity
* Manage the creative agency to ensure best in class work, delivered to brief
* Confident with brand trackers and the data that sits around them to ensure best interpretation possible.
* Be our brand guardian by developing clear brand guidelines and working closely with stakeholders to maintain consistency in creative, messaging and themes
* Support the development of outstanding marketing activity that articulates our brand purpose, builds on our strong brand KPIs',
* Supervise the quarterly design and content updates made to the directory
* Build strong relationships with the wider marketing teams to align and integrate marketing plans, helping to deliver new initiatives and projects

Requirements
* Proven time and project management skills; including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
* Analytical; able to interrogate data and draw conclusions
* An understanding of market research
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Creative; able to produce innovative and original ideas
* Prior experience with market research and data analysis
* Strong presentation skills
