Assistant Business Partner - Chelmsford (Hybrid/Remote) - 12 Month Fixed Term Contact - From £50,000

Advanced Resource Managers are recruiting for an Assistant Business Partner to join one of their public sector clients in Chelmsford on a 12-month, fixed-term basis.

The main focus of this role of this role is to deliver on the wider transformation strategy, and support the People Business Partnering team.

Responsibilities

• Coach leaders and managers regarding all things change project management (including TUPE, redesign, redundancy) and moderate-complex cases (including employee relations).
• Lead continuous improvement via coaching and influencing leaders in all aspects of People and Transformation.
• Support People Business Partners in delivering business performance improvement
• Contribute to insight and intelligence gathering into significant concerns across the business, including patterns of behaviour
• Lead delivery of projects to meet agreed outcomes within agreed timescales
• Contribute to planning and delivery of HR services, keeping a customer-focused mindset.

Requirements

• Strong consulting, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders when necessary.
• Ability to analyse people and business metrics, developing insight and solutions.
• Working knowledge of critical factors in planning change, and the stages and phases of project management.
• Understanding of broad employee relations landscape
• MCIPD qualified, or relevant experience.
