Senior Human Factors Consultant in London

SENIOR HUMAN FACTORS CONSULTANT - REMOTE - PERMANENT - MARKET RATE

ARM are currently working with a company who helps clients plan, design and enable major capital projects, and provides expert consultancy that covers the full project lifecycle across multiple divisions. They are currently seeking for a Senior Human Factors Consultant to join their team.

About You:
* You will have experience in providing Human factors support to Safety Cases.
* You will have experience in maintaining client relationships and mentoring junior staff members.
* You will have experience applying Human Reliability assessment methods and techniques within the high hazard industry.
* You will have a registered member status or equivalent or working towards a chartership.
* You will have excellent knowledge of UK and international standards/guidance.

What you will be doing:
You will have a varied day to day tasks including working in multi-disciplinary teams on major programmes carrying out specialised work, also supporting business development activities, including writing bids and contributing to innovating and knowledge sharing across the Human Factors community.

The role is remote, however, may require travel to client's site.

This salary range is average market rate, it will be based on suitability and experience.

For our client, we are required to undertake a DBS and reference checks prior to starting. We also can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position. You also may be required to undergo a security clearance.
