Town Planning Manager in Birmingham, West Midlands

TOWN PLANNING MANAGER - WEST MIDLANDS - PERMANENT - £47,450 - £71,160

ARM are working with a major infrastructure client who is leading the future in the way that things will be built in the future for a more sustainable and greener future for the UK. We are currently recruiting for a Town Planning Manager to join their team in the West Midlands.

About You:
* You will be an experienced and registered Town Planner.
* You will have had experience of working on projects, working with consents and ideally experience of working on hybrid bills.
* Your experience will include large scale planning projects also.
* You should have demonstrable experience of managing others and working with stakeholders and others to work to a desired outcome successfully,

What you will be doing:
This position will see you managing a team of planners who will be responsible for working with contractors carrying our work on various locations and ensuring appropriate planning consents have been completed, as well as providing planning advice and identifying regeneration and growth opportunities.

This is a permanent position and will be based in Birmingham, West Midlands. The company are currently working using the hybrid model with 2 or 3 days a week in the office or home.

Salary for this position is between £47,450 and £71,160 and will be dependent on suitability for the position.
