Senior Highways Engineer in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

SENIOR HIGHWAYS ENGINEER - CAMBRIDGE - PERMANENT - £40,000 - £50,000 PER ANNUM

Advanced Resource Managers are currently recruiting for a global company who work on varied transportation and construction projects. They are currently recruiting for a Senior Highways Engineer to join their Cambridge team.

About You:
* You will have a Civil Engineering degree, or equivalent experience.
* You will have experience in highway design working in accordance with the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges and other standards guidance.
* You will understand commercial aspects of project delivery.
* You will have knowledge and understanding of the relevant legislation, standards, and procedures.

What you will be doing:
You will be preparing designs and specifications in accordance with Design Manual Roads Bridges, developing designs using AutoCAD and Civil3D models. You will also be providing support to Project Managers within the design team in planning, programming, technical input to the pricing of project briefs, proposals, deliverables, and cost estimation.

The role is based in Cambridge, with a flexible working style.

The salary for this position is between £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience and suitability. On top of this the company are offering a benefit package including: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, private medical, company pension scheme, life assurance, + more.
