Senior Front End Developer in London

Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a React Developer to join their Homeowner Experience (B2C) team. In 2023 their ambition is to be a high- performing, deliver focused organisation and a beacon for engineers at all levels who value meaningful career growth. As a highly skilled Senior React Developer you will help our client drive change and innovate brilliant products to deliver the best possible experience to their customers. You'll operate TDD and BDD as well as shift left methodology. With an exciting growth journey ahead, investment in tech and focus on building best in class tech teams.

Where do you fit in?
Reporting to the Engineering Manager you'll work as a part of an autonomous Agile Scrum team building and owning fast and accessible applications across web. This includes collaboration with Product, Testing, UX and Platform teams to deliver on sprint goals. You'll be deep in coding and build products on top of our, API driven platform using (among others) NextJS, React, Firebase, CSS-in-JS and Google Optimise; all built and deployed on a GCP hosting and CI solution. As an integral part of our agile development team, you'll work together to craft quality applications that deliver on our commitments to Homeowners.

What do you need to succeed?
* Previous experience in similar Senior Front End Developer role with proven experience in cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure (proof of certificates required).
* Expertise in React and one or more of the following domains ADD TECH STACK Here
* Experience in Behavioural and Test-Driven Development and shift left methodology
* Interest in personal development you keep yourself up to date with latest technology and development best practise (Security, Clean Code, SOLID, async patterns etc.)
* Soft skills across people and problem solving
