My client are looking for a senior CS Functional Integration Systems Engineer to join the team. You will work and support the Integration Trials Engineers for designated systems in the delivery of trials, management of results and resolution of Observations Reports via the equipment delivery team.

You will be based in Hampshire for 2023 then will transfer to Glasgow.

You'll be responsible for -
The T26 Combat System (CS), working as an Integration lead for the Combat Management System, Underwater Sensors and Electronic Warfare
You'll design and development of integration strategies, trials requirements and trials plans for land based testing, harbour trials and sea trials, ensuring that demonstration of formal requirements and exercising of system behaviour are all suitably covered
You will support to the Integration Trials Engineers for designated systems in the delivery of trials, management of results and resolution of Observations Reports via the equipment delivery team

Key Skills my client will look for -
Have knowledge of Combat System Equipment used in the maritime environment and experience of system integration and trials including Def-Stan 21-88 implementation
You will have the ability to generate Integration Strategies and Trials documentation from Requirements, Interface Specifications and other Supplier documentation
Have previous experience of Combat Management System in a trials and/or operational environment is preferable
Have some knowledge of Underwater Sensors and Electronic Warfare systems would be beneficial
