Senior Drainage Engineer - Manchester - Permanent - Up to £50,000

Advanced Resource Managers are working with a leading design, engineering, and landscape architecture consultancy to find a Senior Drainage Engineer to join the Manchester team. About You:
You will be a degree qualified, and ideally Chartered, Senior Drainage Engineer or experienced Drainage Engineer looking to take a step up. You will have demonstrable experience of drainage engineering ideally in both local authority and private sector. This would include a wide range of skills and projects including attenuation, SUDS and public realm. Experience of working in London or with TfL would be beneficial, but you will have experience and knowledge within highways, public realm and the civil engineering industry.

What you will be doing:
You will be working on a variety of major project across the UK, specifically this will include:

• Production and agreement of drainage strategies
• Modelling and review of existing drainage networks
• Identification and flood risk assessments and determining effective solutions
• Attenuation and pollution controls
• SUDs design from concept through to implementation
• Drainage detail design including specification and schedules
• Stakeholder engagement
• Seek to add value on all works and knowledge sharing
• Ensure quality control
• Assist in the estimation of works costs and bidding of new works

This is a full-time permanent role based in Manchester.

The salary for this role is up to £50,000 depending on experience. The benefits package includes a 25-day holiday allowance with the option to buy up to 5 days, yearly professional membership of your choice, life insurance, private health care and a pension plan.
