Senior Design Engineer (High Voltage) in York, North Yorkshire

SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER - YORK - PERMANENT - UP TO £55,000 PER ANNUM

Advanced Resource Managers are currently working with an engineering team focused on creating a greener future, they are seeking a Senior Design Engineer in York.

About You:
* You will need to hold an Engineering Degree or HND/HNC (minimum) in a relevant subject area.
* You will need to hold Membership of the IET or other recognised Professional body.
* You will have a wide variety of experience in the design and implementation of rail traction power systems with a proven track record of delivering good quality designs.
* Ideally you will hold a Personal track Safety card (PTS)

What you will be doing:
You will be a main point of contact for client / customers, positively manage and influence their expectations. You will also be required to manage the design and collaborate with other teams, ensuring a coherent design approach whilst taking into account the clients quality and safety policies.

This position is currently open in York. It is a full-time position offering a hybrid working model, working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home (this model will only be available if the company believes you have had all the training that is required to perform).

The salary is £45,000 - £55,000 depending on individual experience and suitability, and a range of benefits.
