Quantity Surveyor in Derby, Derbyshire

QUANTITY SURVEYOR - EAST MIDLANDS - 12 MONTH CONTRACT - £29.46 PER HOUR UMB

Arm are delighted to be working for one of the UK's Largest Infrastructure companies, who helps to construct, upgrade and maintain buildings and infrastructure across the country, for both private and public-sector customers. They are seeking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Derby.

About You:
* You will be degree or equivalent level qualification in Quantity Surveying or related construction subject.
* You will have experience in Facilities Management or private/ public commercial roles.
* Ideally you would of worked on PFI contracts.
* Relevant commercial experience within a contracting organisation will be desirable

What you will be doing:
You will be supporting the resolution of contractual and commercial problems. You will ensure that the obligations and responsibilities of the Contract are properly fulfilled to the timescales that are agreed. You will have management of sub-contractor accounts including payment and raising / renewing contracts etc.

This role will be Office/ Site-based role in Derby. There will be an opportunity for hybrid working to be available.

This role is a 12 Month contract.

The rate for this position is £29.46 Per Hour (UMB) Inside IR35.
