Senior Customer Programme Lead in Brighton, East Sussex

SENIOR CUSTOMER PROGRAMME LEAD - WEST SUSSEX - 6 MONTH CONTRACT - UP TO £900 PER DAY

We are currently looking for a Senior Customer Programme Lead for a private utility company for a permanent position based in West Sussex.

About You:
* You will have a track record of programme management success within complex delivery environments.
* You will have excellent programme and people leadership and management skills.
* You will be degree educated.
* You will have an APM qualification.
* You will be experienced in change management.
* Ideally you will have water industry knowledge.

What you will be doing:
Your role will manage a small team of managers and resource to enable effective reporting and delivery assurance across areas of accountability.

You will be delivering the elements of the customer plan, lead effective and efficient delivery of the programme through a best practice framework. You will be managing the level of control over decision making across the programme to ensure outputs and outcomes are delivered on time, to quality and to budget.

This role is based in West Sussex. This role has a hybrid working style.

The rate of pay is £800 - £900 per day depending on individual experience and suitability. This role is outside IR35.
