ARM are delighted to be hiring for a Senior & Commercial Manager (Contract Manager) to join one of our leading Construction Consultancy clients based in Somerset, on a permanent basis.

The Project & Role Responsibilities:

You will be working on one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects within the energy sector, providing critical engineering design and review services, which has a combined value of over a billion euros.

In order to deliver this scope of work, you will be working closely with the contract project managers to manage the interfaces with engineering, as well as many other areas of the project which will ensure that governance and stakeholder management are fully complied with.

Your main role will be to look after the Contract Management of a large section of the scope covered by two high-value contracts. Both contracts are administered under NEC3 PSC terms and in accordance with regulatory and governance requirements. The entire team are situated around the Bristol and Bridgwater areas but works with a hybrid policy, which requires you to be on-site 2 days per week.

Essential Skills:

• Due to the confidential nature of these projects, candidates will be required to hold or be able to hold, valid security clearance (SC)
• You have a good understanding of procurement, contract performance measurement, risk, change, and claim management.
• You have a track record working with NEC and FIDIC contracts in the power construction industry and major projects.
