Senior Commercial Manager in Brighton, East Sussex

SENIOR COMMERCIAL MANAGER - FALMER - PERMANENT - UP TO £70,800

We are currently looking for a Senior Commercial Manager for a private utility company for a permanent position based in Falmer.

About You:
* You will be an experienced Commercial Manager preferably with experience in water or utilities.
* You will have experience gathering information from multiple stakeholders and analysing overall commercial performance.
* You will have knowledge of contract forms (NEC3, I Chem E and ICE).
* You will have experience managing contract drafting, terms and conditions, project lifecycle and commercial model.
* You will be a subject matter expert in major capital project procurement and commercial management.
* You will have experience undertaking supply chain reviews.
* Ideally, you are professionally qualified with full membership in MRICS or similar.

What you will be doing:
You will be developing and implementing robust and effective Procurement and Commercial strategies to ensure supply chain is procured and managed efficiently. You will be developing the commercial strategy for the procurements and executing pre and post contract commercial processes and procedures.

This role is based in Falmer, working 5 days a week during normal office hours. This role accommodates hybrid working.

The rate of pay for this role is up to £70,800, this is based on experience and suitability. On top of this is excellent benefits package that includes a generous pension, life assurance, occupational health service, performance related bonus and more.
