Senior Commercial Manager - Romsey - 3 month contract - £Competitive

ARM are delighted to be recruiting for a prestigious defence company who are actively recruiting for a Senior Commercial Manager on a contract basis.

Responsibilities

* To support business development strategy by delivering commercial management and support to product and managed services sales
* To provide commercial support from early business development, contract negotiation and on through the life of the contract.
* Ability to draft, negotiate and implement contracts and other commercial agreements including teaming, non-disclosure, licencing etc.
* Support the establishment of relationships with Business Sales Partners - review, approve, provide support
* Undertake commercial, financial and business risk and opportunity management during bidding and contract negotiations/management.
* Work with the client to develop the Commercial Strategy, Procurement Strategy, Tendering & Negotiation Strategy, IPR Strategy, Statements of Work.
* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

* Demonstrable experience in a relevant commercial role.
* Experience of international business, including MENA and US, particularly in the Defence field.
* Knowledge and understanding of Commercial and Defence terms and conditions.
* SC Clearance required.
