Senior Commercial Manager in Southwark, London

SENIOR COMMERCIAL MANAGER - RAIL - LONDON - PERMANENT - £70,000 - £85,000

ARM are working with a leading infrastructure and property consultancy and we are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join their team to be based in London.

About You:
You will be an experienced Commercial Manager with a Quantity Surveying background within pre and post contract experience. You will have experience of stakeholder management, as this role will be liaising with the client and suppliers. You will have experience of supporting on large scale projects. You will have experience within infrastructure or constructions or rail or highways, with a preference on railway experience.

What you will be doing:
This position will be as a Senior Commercial Manager and will be aligned to a railway project in Central London for TfL.

This position is working a Hybrid model with time at home and in the office in Central London.

Salary for this position is between £70,000 and £85,000 and will be dependent on experience and suitability. The client offers a generous benefits package and a real chance of progression, as well as involvement on a range of projects.
