Senior C&I Engineer in Bridgwater, Somerset

Are you an experienced C&I Engineer looking for a fresh challenge? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our small but established Nuclear Engineering client, to based at their brand new premises in Bridgwater, Somerset.

Our client's expertise lies in the development of Control and Instrumentation systems and engineering, delivering projects that range from simple scoping and feasibility studies to complex systems with high-integrity safety functions.

As one of our engineers, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects at any given time, providing you with a diverse range of work and ensuring an excellent level of variety in your role.

From conception through to delivery, you will also have the opportunity to oversee each project, allowing for continuity of resource and quick feedback loops for both our clients and our team.

If you are an experienced C&I Engineer with a passion for high-quality work and are looking to work for an organisation at the forefront of nuclear engineering, then we would love to hear from you.

What are we looking for:

• Proven experience as a Controls and Instrumentation Engineer
• Degree qualified or demonstrable equivalent underpinning knowledge & understanding
• Experience in highly regulated industry, preferably nuclear
• Awareness of current standards, regulations, legislation and technical developments within C&I
• Knowledge of nuclear safety standards for C&I (BS EN 61513 etc.)
• Technical report writing skills
