Senior Business Analyst in Worthing, West Sussex

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - WORTHING - PERMANENT - UP TO £55,000 PER ANNUM

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a private utility company for a permanent position based in Worthing.

About You:
* You will have demonstrable experience in business analysis, applying business analysis tools/method/techniques across a range of medium - large complex projects.
* You will have experience managing other Business Analysts from a line management and task management point of view.
* You will have extensive experience of business analysis methodologies including, user stories, JAD/JAR and UX/UI design.
* You will have relevant Business Analysis qualification.
* Ideally, you will be a part of an Association for Project Management, Project Management Institute Or Chartered Management Institute.

What you will be doing:
You will be working across a range of medium - large scale projects, working with stakeholders to ensure underlying business needs are captured, translated into requirements and that solutions delivered address these needs. You will also be translating strategic objectives into defined delivery programmes with agreed scope, budget and timeline.

You will assist the Lead Business Analyst to establish and maintain business analysis standards, being the line manage and coach the business analysis team working within their business domain.

This role is based in Worthing, working 5 days a week during normal office hours. This role accommodates hybrid working, with a minimum of 2 days a week in office.

The rate of pay for this role is up to £55,000, this is based on experience and suitability. On top of this is excellent benefits package that includes a generous pension, life assurance, occupational health service and more
