Senior CRM Campaign Manager (B2C) - London or Portsmouth (Hybrid) - £40,000 - £48,000 - Permanent

ARM are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for an experience CRM Campaign Manager to join one of their top clients on a permanent basis.
Based in either London or Portsmouth, you will be reporting to the Head of Brand and be responsible for the full CRM channel.

Responsibilities
* Planning and execution of campaigns
* Reporting campaign KPIs and performance using Salesforce, Mguage, and SendInBlue
* Adopt a creative, customer-first approach in all engagements and interactions
* Build an integrated automated comms strategy
* Manage contact and campaign strategy

Requirements
* An excellent storyteller, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business
* Strong copy-writing skills, with a preference toward HTML content
* Keen eye for detail, with the ability to manage and prioritise deadlines
* Experience in ESPs and building automated workflows
