ARM are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Section Engineer to work on a long term contract basis with a leading client in the Nuclear industry.

What you'll be doing
* Overall responsibility for the successful completion of the section or works/overall project and to lead by example, managing the day to day delivery of construction projects
* Deliver regular Toolbox Talks
* Carry out periodic Safety & Environment Tours as required by the Project H & S Plan

* Ensure that detailed plans are available commensurate with the overall project plan, such that material/resources/supply chain can be delivered to meet scheduled deadlines
* Ensure site audits are undertaken and take appropriate action on the findings
* Ensure production of operational target programmes to reflect overall construction programme

What do you need to succeed?

* HND Civil Engineering
* Degree or equivalent within a relevant subject
* A background in site based civil engineering or site based construction
* The ability to obtain BPSS clearance

Details of the contract

* 18 month contract
* Paying up to £42 per hour Umbrella (inside IR35)
* Based on site in Whitehaven, Cumbria
