Scrum Master – Defence in Luton, Bedfordshire

ARM are recruiting for a number of Scrum Master roles with experience of Agile methodologies for initial 6 month contract opportunities with a international defence company in Luton but with the ability to work remotely.

IR35 Determination: Inside

As a Scrum Master with experience of Agile Methodologies, you will be responsible for;
* Mentoring, coaching and supporting an agile mindset and best practices
* Supporting the team in defining their vision and roadmap, prioritisation and increment planning
* Facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, reviews / demos
* Providing reporting and flow metric information
* Supporting the business on its agile journey, acting as a champion promoting agile methodologies, driving improvement and defining best practice

You should experience of the following;
* Proven experience as a successful Scrum Master and establishing high performing agile teams
* Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and influence stakeholders, driving success
* Experience as a coach and mentor
* A pro-active approach with a "can do" attitude, striving for continuous improvement, effectiveness and efficiency

**Due to the nature of the role you will need to have a current and active SC Clearance**
