Remote - 1 day a week on site in London
£550 p/d INSIDE IR35
Responsibilities:
- The change consultant will have a dedicated business service within Consular that is being impacted by the ICM programme. They will be responsible for analysing the impact of the change, building the change plan and executing change interventions for that service under the guidance of the business change lead. They will also be required to support the wider business change team for cross-programme change activities
- Change analysis - Review existing stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment and update as you build knowledge of impacted groups and the change. Deliver the standard programme business readiness assessments in preparation for go live
- Change planning - Working with the programme plan, input into planning of the change runway, identify change epics and user stories and add to the backlog. Update the change plan as new inputs emerge
- Communication and engagement - Plan, develop and execute programme change comms that are tailored to your audience and deliver key messages to increase awareness, knowledge, desire for the change
- Learning and Training - work with the training analyst in the team to ensure the learning needs analysis is conducted and an appropriate learning journey is created for your service
- Adoption - Feed in to the design of the adoption metrics and dashboards and ensure metrics are collected for your service
Skills and Experience:
- Experience of delivering one or more of our business change services (e.g. change planning, change analysis, communication and engagement, learning and training, adoption management)
- Excellent stakeholder relationship building skills - able to quickly build rapport, confident to reach out to stakeholders and introduce themselves
- Good copy-writing skills and presentation skills, attention to detail, excellent slide-building skills
- Familiarity with agile but not mandatory
- Experience of creating and editing animations and video content using tools such as Veyond or experience of building e-learning using tools such as Articulate is desirable
