ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of a SAP Supervisor on a Permanent basis is Kingston-Upon-Thames.

Successful candidates must have experience with SAP and be considered as an experienced user.

Responsibilities:

• Planning for staff requirements in SAP Support Team to ensure sufficient cover.
• Day to day supervision of the SAP Support Team to manage timekeeping, planning and approval of holidays.
• Create PRs according to project/operational requirements.
• Create Work Orders according to project/operational requirements.
• Ensure invoices with no queries are cleared within 30 days of the QL Post Date.
• Ensure SAP Support Team are kept informed and up to date with company procedures both local and corporate.
• Ensure that an accurate and up to date log is kept of all PR/WO/DO created and revised by the SAP Support Team.
• Ensure that new members of the SAP Support Team and other employees as required are trained in use of the SAP system.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience with SAP and be considered a Super User.
• Understanding of Procurement Processes.
• Must be confident in dealing with suppliers.
• Previous man management experience is preferred.
