Sales Agent -Middlesborough- Permanent - £21,000 plus commission

ARM are delighted to be supporting a leading business with the recruitment of a Sales Agent on a permanent basis.

The role's focus is to provide customers with the most up-to-date advice and information about selling their property and is field based around the Middlesborough area.

Responsibilities
* Provide accurate market valuations for potential sellers' properties.
* Coordinate with the central operations team ensuring a successful sale.
* Offer instructions as well as legal, mortgage and product referrals.
* Upselling through face-to-face sales.
* Nurturing the initial customer meeting to being a successful Client acquisition and support for selling their property.
* Ensure Valuations given are per the market at that time and enable the opportunity to sell on additional enhancing services to the Clients.

Requirements
* Great Communicator who can really empathise with Clients and inspire confidence in terms of knowledge of the local property market.
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Able to analyse data and use IT equipment competently.
* Flexible approach to work and recognise that working weekends to meet Client availability is important.
* Highly motivated and a self-starter in terms of their day-to-day work.
