Reward Analyst in London

Reward Analyst - Central London - 9 Month Contract - £315 Per Day Umbrella Rate - Hybrid Work

ARM are working with TFL who are currently recruiting for a Reward Analyst in Central London on an initial 9 Month Contract.

About You:
You will have experience in Presenting complex analytics in a user-friendly way.
You will have previous experience in a Reward Environment.
You will have experience of benchmarking requests
You will be experienced in continuously improving reward and recognition practices and processes
You will have experience with Pay Gap Reporting

What you will be doing:
In this position, you will be tasked with analysing and sourcing reward and remuneration benchmarking information in order to help support the design, implementation and delivery of the reward & Recognition strategy. You will develop, design, implement and maintain a reward dashboard that provides current, information relating to all aspects if Reward within TFL in a clear and concise manner.

This position is based in the centre of London and is commutable for all taking Train, Tube, Bus and Car. This position also offers Hybrid working.

The rate you will be working at, ranges £315 per day Umbrella, over a 9 Month contractual period and there is a chance to extend.
