My client who is a leading M & E Engineering Design Service who works throughout the UK, delivering services from our offices in the South, South West, South East and London are looking to recruit a M&E REVIT Technician for projects out of their Hampshire office.

Duties:

• Filing all CAD / Revit-related information & issuing all drawings as requested by project engineers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Producing AutoCAD and Revit building services drawings including plans, sections, and coordinated models.
• Ensuring all work complies with our CAD / Revit standards and QA procedures.
• Inputting all MEP Building Services such as HVAC, Electrical layouts, schematics, and water services into models using the Autodesk AEC suite;
• Use of Navisworks to check for clash detection during design prior to issue

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

• Excellent presentation skills.
• Relevant Building Services / MEP experience gained within a design and build contractor or consulting engineering environment.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience using AutoCAD and a minimum of 3 years' experience using Autodesk Revit MEP;
• Good computer skills across many pieces of software including Microsoft Word, and Excel. and Outlook.
• Able and willing to follow instructions as part of a team and able to work alone if required.

• The ability to provide sound and innovative solutions to Electrical / Mechanical problems
• Good verbal/communication/influencing skills
• Team player
