Research Technician in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

RESEARCH TECHNICIAN - PETERBOROUGH - 12 MONTH CONTRACT - £18.39 - £18.90 per hour

ARM are working with a well-known logistics company and we are currently recruiting for Research Technician to join their team in Peterborough.

About You:
- You have got previous experience as a diesel engine tester.
- You know how to run tests via software packages.
- You have got fitting skills.
- You have good knowledge of electrical/ diesel engines as well as mechanical knowledge.
- It would be beneficial if you have got a NVQ level 3 in technical discipline.

What you will be doing:
You will be liaising with lead technicians and engineers to test ops management and supporting areas if there are issues as well as working on breakdowns and getting test cell to run again.

This is a full time role which would require you to be in office everyday as some parts of the role will be computer based but other days will be hands on.

This role is for a research technician based in Peterborough, the rate for this role is £18.39 - £18.90 per hour (Umbrella Inside IR35)
