Job Title: Requirements Systems Engineer - Aerospace & Defence
Location: Dorset (Hybrid after initial period)

Are you an experienced Systems Engineer with a passion for high-impact aerospace technology? We're hiring a Requirements Systems Engineer supporting advanced thermal fluid and mechanical systems in various defence applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and verify system and sub-system requirements using DOORS NG

  • Lead migration of requirements tools from CRADLE to DOORS NG, including training and process development

  • Define and model system architecture (experience with CAMEO desirable)

  • Drive systems integration, validation, and design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)

  • Support full lifecycle development using the V-Model

  • Lead SE process improvements, including metrics and training within the business

  • Act as SE SME across global engineering teams

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven experience in aerospace or defence systems engineering

  • Hands-on experience with DOORS NG, requirements management, and verification

  • Knowledge of MBSE, system modelling, and tools like CAMEO and CRADLE

  • Strong communication and leadership skills across cross-functional teams

  • Familiarity with DFMEA, RCCA, and DFSS (Six Sigma, Green Belt desirable)
