Regional Sales Manager in South Yorkshire

Regional Sales Manager - Yorkshire and Northeast - Permanent - £30,000 - £40,000 plus car allowance and commission

Advanced Resource Managers are looking for a permanent Regional Sales Manager to join their esteemed client.

The role will Line manage for all sales team members across Yorkshire and the Northeast.

Responsibilities
* Responsible for all key sales KPIs within their defined geography.
* Working closely with the Sales Director to continually improve performance across the sales teams.
* Shadowing their teams to ensure high levels of service, sales technique and to continually strive to deliver better performance.
* Carrying out 121s/formal probation reviews and appraisals.
* Managing levels of absence in their teams.
* Ensuring that appropriate inputs are made to pay their people correctly.
* Tracking key KPIs and using data to identify areas of improvement.
* Ensuring a high level of team morale and engagement is maintained.
* Managing the recruitment process for all vacancies.

Requirements
* Excellent leadership skills
* Strong Communication skills
* A demonstrable track record of managing a team to deliver strong performance against Key Performance Indicators
* Excellent grasp of performance data
* Strong influence stakeholders at all levels
* Strong people skills
* Sound knowledge of estate agency processes
* Sound knowledge of property market trends and data
* Good absence management skills
* Good performance management skills
* Ability to manage day to day routines and processes.
