Regional Sales Manager in East Riding of Yorkshire

Regional Sales Manager -Yorkshire and Northeast- Permanent - £30,000 - £40,000 plus car allowance and commission

ARM are delighted to be supporting an esteemed business with the recruitment of a Regional Sales Manager.

The purpose of the role will be to deliver good customer outcomes to all Mortgage customers through the managing of mortgage, protection, and GI applications from submission to completion and/or on risk.

Responsibilities
* Responsible for all key sales KPIs within Yorkshire and the Northeast.
* Line manager for all sales team roles which currently includes Sales Agents, DMS' and Viewing Agents.
* Working closely with the Sales Director to continually improve performance across the sales teams Shadowing their teams to ensure high levels of service, sales technique and to continually strive to deliver better performance.
* Carrying out 121s/formal probation reviews and appraisals so teams are aware of their individual performance levels.
* Managing levels of absence in their teams.
* Ensuring all members of the team are trained to do their job.
* Ensuring that appropriate inputs are made to pay their people correctly.
* Tracking key KPIs and using data to identify areas of improvement.
* Ensuring a high level of team morale and engagement is maintained.
* Managing the recruitment process for all vacancies, including reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates for interview and conducting interviews.

Requirements
* Sound knowledge of estate agency processes.
* A demonstrable track record of managing a team to deliver strong performance against Key Performance Indicators.
* Excellent leadership skills.
* Strong Communication skills.
* Excellent grasp of performance data.
* Strong influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong people skills.
* Sound knowledge of property market trends and data.
* Good absence management skills.
* Good performance management skills.
