Recruitment Partner in Andover, Hampshire

Recruitment Partner - Flexible Location - Permanent - £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

Advanced Resource Managers are hiring for a Recruitment Partner to join one of their clients within the housing sector.

To be successful in this role you will ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified and have previous in-house experience.

Responsibilities
* Work alongside key areas of the business to establish recruitment needs and solutions.
* Develop relationships with key business partners, advising on best practice.
* Have a proactive approach to sourcing candidates using a variety of cost-effective methods, including job boards,
* Measure the successes and activities of recruitment solutions and services
* Collaborate with Reward & Recognition Hub to conduct market and competitor research, ensuring the business remains competitive.
* Liaise with Learning and Organisational Development hub to design, implement, and deliver talent attraction strategies and colleague development initiatives.
* Manage and ensure maximum effectiveness of recruitment budgets.

Requirements
* CIPD Level 5 Qualified
* Previous experience demonstrating a strong level of recruitment and employment law knowledge
* Champion of recruitment best practice and procedures, with the ability to influence this across key areas of the business
* Experienced with developing and implementing approaches within a complex organisation
* Willingness to commit to continued personal development
* Experience using CV databases and LinkedIn
* Strong IT skills, including with a HR system.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders across the business.
