Quality & Assurance Manager in Cymru

QUALITY AND ASSURANCE MANAGER - WALES - 12 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT - £50,000 TO £55,000 PER ANNUM

Advanced Resource Manager are currently working with a leading building materials company, who are seeking for an experienced Quality & Assurance Manager who is based in Wales for a 12 month fixed term contract role!

About You:
* You will need a Degree level or equivalent experience in a Civil Engineering / Quality Assurance discipline.
* You will have/need Construction Industry experience within Rail and Infrastructure sectors.
* You will have experience of leading Quality Assurance in large projects.
* You will have knowledge of management system standards covering Health and Safety, risk management and business continuity.
* You will hold a Lead Auditors qualification.

What you will be doing:
On a day to day basis, the key responsibilities for this role will include (but are not limited to):
* Support and develop an effective QMS framework fit for enhancing the performance of quality performance.
* Taking ownership of the ISO accreditations, overseeing internal and external audits.
* Writing management and technical reports
* Undertaking investigations and implement effective root cause analysis (and facilitate the identification of corrective actions).

This role will be a mixture of site and office based; the office is based in Wales.

You will be required to hold a valid driver's license.

The Salary Range on this role is: £50,000 to £55,000 per annum. With this client there are good benefits included with this role such as, contributory pension scheme (3% employee and 5% employer), car allowance and much more!
