Purchasing Program Administrator in Guildford, Surrey

Purchasing Administrator - Guildford - Permanent - Up to £30,000 per annum

ARM is partnering with a leading Automotive company based in Guildford. A position has become available for a Purchasing Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

The Purchasing Administrator will support all Supply Chain teams with their Purchasing Admin at a specialised, small-volume automotive manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities:
* Creating and maintaining key procurement parameters within an ERP System
* Maintain and Update Vendor Contacts and SRM database information.
* Provide trackers on KPIs, using spreadsheets
* Verbal communication with Key Suppliers where needed
* Identify and highlight any areas for continuous improvement
* To ensure compliance with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policy requirements within areas of responsibility

Requirements:
* Strong planning skills
* Experience of working in a similar industry would be an advantage
* Experience of ERP/MRP systems
* Computer literate - Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
* Sound communication skills both verbally and written
