Project Quantity Surveyor/ Associate Quantity Surveyor - London - Permanent - £45K - £50K

ARM are working with a well-known transportation client who are currently involved with transportation in the UK. We are currently recruiting for an experienced project Quantity surveyor to join their team based in London.

About You:
- You will need to have previous experience in quantity surveying.
- You will need to have qualifications in Quantity Surveying.
- You will need to have good time management
- You will be able to work on your own initiative.
- You will be able to work in a team.

What you will be doing:
You will need to be able to work a part of a team as well as manage a team of people to work this role, you will be working over a variety of sectors such as educational, commercial, retail and health care. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills.

This role is based in London it is a full time role with the opportunity to do hybrid working.

This company offers a competitive salary for this role, up to £50K. as well as this they offer an pension scheme, private medical insurance, interest-free travel ticket loan and a well-being allowance. As well as 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
