Our client is currently seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the integration of various systems and technologies, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the needs of their clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex integration projects. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Job Responsibilities:
Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be critical in ensuring the successful delivery of integration projects. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with talented and passionate professionals.

  • Developing project plans and timelines: You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to develop project plans that outline the scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project.
  • Managing project budgets: You will be responsible for managing project budgets and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget constraints.
  • Leading project teams: You will lead cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure that project goals are met.
  • Monitoring project progress: You will monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop strategies to address them in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring quality control: You will be responsible for ensuring that projects meet the highest quality standards and that all deliverables meet client requirements.
  • Communicating with stakeholders: You will be responsible for communicating project status, risks, and issues to clients, internal stakeholders, and other project team members.
  • Providing technical guidance: You will provide technical guidance to project team members, including developers and designers, to ensure that projects are technically sound and meet industry standards.
  • Continuously improving processes: You will be responsible for continuously improving project management processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Job Requirements -

  • Experience in project management: You must have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, preferably in the integration space.
  • Technical expertise: You must have a deep understanding of integration technologies, including APIs, microservices, and middleware, and be able to provide technical guidance to project team members.
  • Strong leadership skills: You must have strong leadership skills and be able to lead cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
  • Excellent communication skills: You must have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients, internal stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Problem-solving skills: You must be a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and be able to quickly identify and address project risks and issues.
  • Experience with project management methodologies: You must have experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field: A bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
  • PMP or equivalent certification: You must have a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.

Skills Required - (One or more for each category)

  • Knowledge of integration technologies such as APIs, microservices, and middleware.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
  • Understanding of cloud computing platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with data integration and ETL tools such as Informatica or Talend.
  • Knowledge of database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
  • Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices such as continuous integration and continuous delivery.
