Project Manager (Estate management) in Rugby, Warwickshire

PROJECT MANAGER (ESTATE MANAGEMENT) - WARWICKSHIRE - 3-MONTH CONTRACT - £28.57 PER HOUR

ARM are working with a local council who are seeking a project manager that has property related experience within the public and private sector.

To be applicable for this position…

- You will have previous project management in particular property portfolio.

- You will be educated to a degree level in a relevant construction/project management discipline.

- You will have good health and safety knowledge in construction.

- You will hold a full UK driver's license.

In this position you will be tasked with developing and delivering the councils property and estate portfolio projects across Rugby. With this you will help deliver the corporate strategy, asset management strategy and to the council required standard quality.

This position will be based within Rugby and will offer hybrid working arrangements, you will be required on site for the first few weeks to get used to systems and working ways.

This position is a contract role and will last an initial 3-months, it will be paying £28.57 per hour inside IR35 via an umbrella company.

To be applicable for this position you will need to be permanently eligible to work in the UK and hold a valid UK drivers license.
