PermanentPRINCIPAL SIGNALLING SYSTEMS ENGINEER - LONDON (HYBRID) - PERMANENT - £69,000 - £70,000 + BONUS
ARM are working with a railway company who are at the forefront in research and future standards within the industry, as well as supporting other companies adopt new technologies within their railway systems. We are currently recruiting for a Principal Signalling Systems Engineer to join the team based in London, but working hybrid on a permanent basis.
About You:
* You will be an experienced Railway Signalling Engineer.
* You will have experience or knowledge of ETCS systems.
* Your experience will include leadership of other engineers.
* You will be able to demonstrate experience of requirements engineering.
* You will also show experience of leading others, chairing meetings and strong stakeholder engagement experience.
What you will be doing:
This role will see you leading engineers who are working on Command, Control and Signalling Systems from a requirements and standards point of view, as well as involvement in research into new systems and their application in the UK railway network. You role will see you engaging with other companies and providing commercial and application advice, as well as chairing or leading on project or research groups.
This position is based from London but offering the hybrid working model, with 2 days a week in the office. The company also offers flexible working on times also.
What you can expect in return:
Salary for this position is between £69,000 and £79,000 and is dependent on experience and suitability for the role. There is also a bonus scheme that could add a further 13% on top of this. Holiday allowance is a very generous 30 days per annum + bank holidays. There is also travel allowance, healthcare and much more.
