Building Surveyor in London

Building Surveyor - Central London- 18 Month Contract - £29.96 Per Hour Umbrella Rate

ARM are working with the London Fire Brigade who are recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join their team in the Centre of London on an 18 month contract.

About You:
You will have previous experience in Building Surveying, Ideally in the Public Sector
You will be experienced in managing budgets and estimating costs.
You will have experience in negotiations with suppliers.
You will be experienced in Stakeholder management.

What you will be doing:
In this position, you will be tasked with the preparation of design and specification on a variety of jobs, ensuring all projects are carried out in accordance with the management standards. You will look to support managers on projects, inspecting potential risks and providing details on how they can be resolved and fall into line with company standards. You will also be expected to regularly meet with Stakeholders and manage their expectations.

This position is based in the centre of London and is commutable for all taking Train, Tube, Bus and Car.

The rate of pay for this position is £29.96 Per Hour Umbrella rate, over an 18 Month contractual period.
