Advanced Resource Managers are currently recruiting for a major company who work on varied construction projects. They are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join their team in Surrey

About You:
You will have experience in Project Management and have a recognised qualification.
You must have experience of managing live complex projects.
You will have experience of project management of containment establishments such a labs or hospital buildings or similar regulated units.
You will have experience using NEC contracts and knowledge of RIBA plan of work.
You will have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

What you will be doing:
You will be working on live projects such as hospitals, laboratories, building management and demolitions.
You will be working within tight controls and managing risk.
You will build relationships with the clients and advise them on the project status keeping them regularly up to date.
You will work to a high standard and promote quality work within the team.

This role is based in Surrey, hybrid working is available you will be expected to be in the office 3 times a week.

The salary for this permanent role is between £45,000 - £65,000 depending on experience. Benefits include generous holiday allowance and others including optional pension scheme, private medical insurance, interest-free travel ticket loan.

For this position you must be eligible to work in the UK, a DBS check may also be required.
