Project Manager in Worcestershire

PROJECT MANAGER - WEST MIDLANDS - PERMANENT - £55,000 TO £65,000 PER ANNUM

Advanced Resource Manager are currently working with a leading building materials company, who are seeking for an experienced Project Manager who is based in West midlands for a permanent role!

About You:
* You will need to hold a Relevant Civil Engineering Degree, Chartered status and be in possession of relevant equivalent experience.
* You will have experience NEC Contract management - this is hugely desirable.
* You'll also have a high level of commercial expertise and be a confident and articulate communicator.
* You will have good leadership/ management skills in both people and projects.

What you will be doing:
You will be supporting the local council on highways and structure projects based in the West Midlands. These projects will be valuing from 1 million to 15 million, your days will split on managing multiple projects - you will be responsible for the safe and profitable delivery of the projects within the West Midlands area.

This role will be a mixture of site and office based; the site you will be working on is in West Midlands.
You will be required to hold a valid driver's license.

The Salary Range on this role is: £55,000 to £65,000 per annum. With this client there are good benefits included with this role such as, contributory pension scheme (3% employee and 6% employer OR 5% employee and 8% employer), car allowance and much more!
