PermanentRole responsibilities
* Planning of and ongoing management of costs, milestones, quality gates & resources
* Proactive & timely communication with relevant stakeholders - both internally (UK & Vienna) & externally
* Ensuring meeting/ following all Project guidelines and processes, including KPI monitoring within the in house PM tool
* Regular reporting of project (s) status to meet both internal and external guidelines & requirements
Your experience
* Project Management Tools & processes - Ideally experience with MS Project
* Communications/ Telecommunications or Networking Project experience within a Safety critical environment
* Delivery of Project risk, risk Registers using standard risk assessment methodology,
* Monthly Project reporting artefacts and tools, experience of SAP reporting tools
Your Qualities
* Commercially savvy and strong negotiator
* Strong communicator - networking a strength
* Able to positively influence & have immediate impact
* Thrive on collaboration and are happy working as part of a team or independently
* Proactive and able to balance competing priorities
