My client are looking for a senior CS Administrator and Integration Engineer to join the team. You will work as a Shared Infrastructure System Administrator and undertake Network Infrastructure Service Management duties to support operation of the Shared Infrastructure facility. You will be based in Hampshire for 2023 then will transfer to Glasgow for integration activities in the First of Class build programme.

You'll also be responsible for -
Providing shared Infrastructure engineering expertise and experience as a Test and Integration Engineer in the Type 26 Combat System Trials programme.
Supporting ITIL Change Management activities including the development of processes and evolution of toolsets.
Conducting Shared infrastructure and Combat System interface fault finding, diagnostics and testing to ensure continuity of signal path on system interface cables.

Key skills my client are looking for -
You will have knowledge and experience of Virtualisation Technologies, Networks, Software Configuration and Release Management.
You will also have knowledge of key technologies / protocols including VMware, ESXI, ESXTOP, VMware Horizon, SAN, DNS, DHCP, IP, Switching/Routing, Security, HTTP, NTP, VDI (PCoIP / RDP / VNC) etc.
You will be experienced with working with Switches (Juniper & Dell), Routers, Firewalls, Servers, Fibre Optics, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP (Ethernet).
Have an understanding of ITIL Service Management - preferably qualified to ITIL Foundation level with experience of BMC Remedy
